The e-Reception Book can work offline even if the WiFi drops out

In the event of a WiFi outage, the e-Reception Book will continue to work offline, allowing your visitors and staff the ability to both check-in and out. However, this information will not appear on the dashboard and no emails will be sent until a Wi-Fi connection has been made.

To check that you have a WiFi connection on the iPad device, please try to open a webpage via the Safari app on the device.
