Upon check-in, your e-Reception Book can display critical information to act as a warning and show information.
This feature can be turned on/off via the dashboard and the text can be fully customised.
The message can either be shown at all times or once a visitor has pressed the ‘check in button’.
Please enable the 'Attention' feature via the e-Reception Book dashboard, under the 'Settings' tab.
To turn on/off
To show the Attention feature on your iPad:
On the computer Login to your online dashboard
2. Toggle ‘Enable Attention Popup’
Toggle ‘Attention Always On’ (If you want display to show on the home screen)
Click 'Save'
Then ‘Refresh My Device(s)’
The system should now show the Attention feature.
To edit text or title
To makes changes to the title and text shown on your iPad:
Login to your online dashboard
On your computer, go to Dashboard > Settings > Branding
Edit the text under ‘Attention Title’ and ‘Attention Text’
Click Save
Then ‘Refresh My Device(s)’
The system should now show the Attention feature, with the text provided.
