The system can distribute companion login details to your employees via a generated email. This will allow them to set their own password, and login to the companion app on their smart phone.

To complete this task, first check that your required employees have a correct email attached to their details. To add or edit an employee's email please read this article.

Once this is completed, follow:

Dashboard > Employees > Send Companion Login Details

To send one individuals details

or to send multiple to send to multiple employees in one go:

Dashboard > Employees > Tick the required Employees >Send Companion Login Details
