If you set an Employee as an Administrator, they will have full access to the system.

To complete this task on the Dashboard simply follow the steps below

  1. Log into your dashboard

  2. Contacts > My Employees

  3. Select the Employee via the blue box and press 'edit'

  4. Switch the 'Type' from 'Employee' to 'Administrator'

  5. Enter a Password

  6. Click 'Update Employee'
