Visitors can be added to a "Pre-Approved" list. This will speed up their check-in and ensure the system recognises them when they use the system. You can add people to this list either individually or in bulk via a CSV file.

To enable 'Pre-Approved' visitors to be found on a category, follow the below steps:

  1. Log into your dashboard

  2. Check In > Categories > Select the required Category

  3. Tick the 'Enable Pre-Approved Guest List?'

  4. Click 'Update Category" to apply the changes
