This feature allows any staff member to be notified, based on the answer given to a custom question. The alert can be sent to both the employee's email and their companion app.
To complete this task on the Dashboard simply follow the steps below:
Log into your Dashboard
Check-In > Custom Fields
Enter the question information
Click 'create field'
Enter the filed details
Click 'Add Rule'
Select who should be notified
Click 'Create Field'
