Real-Time Item Inventory
The first step is to view your real-time inventory log of all items that are in & out of the building. Open the Readr mobile / iPad app (available on iOS) and view the Items section.
Quick & Accurate Logging:
Assign an item to a recipient, set a return by date & add additional notes. A digital signature capture is required at the point of Sign-Out. This will be included in the email notification.
Email Notifications:
Readr will send an email notification to confirm the item has been signed-out and awaiting collection.
Returning
When the item has been successfully returned, simply mark the item as In and this will update the item inventory log in real-time.
Analytics:
Having item analytics can help you make smart business decisions. Key insights like the number of items signed-out will help understand just how much time and effort go into managing your building assets.
