The below steps outline how to unpair an RFID device with e-Reception Book.

1. On your e-Reception Book home screen, press and hold the e-Reception Book logo (bottom right) for approx 10 seconds to bring up the sub-menu.

2. Select ‘Reader Settings’

3. You will then be taken to a Bluetooth section allowing you to pair the app with the reader. To unpair with a reader, select it on the menu (items with a tick).

4. When successful, the application will confirm and the tick will be removed from the item.

Important: If you have multiple RFID readers paired to e-Reception Book and remove one whilst the other is still connected, the Bluetooth icon will remain white. It will only flash yellow if both readers have been disconnected/can’t be found.
