Duplicate Records Resolved: Pre-approved records and visitor entries will no longer duplicate, even when the app is used offline for extended periods.
Fire Drill Events: Check-ins and check-outs are now correctly triggered during fire drills, ensuring they function properly even outside of evacuation mode.
Surname Validation: Users are now required to enter a surname during check-in, preventing the addition of blank surnames and improving data accuracy.
Performance Improvements:
Streamlined Student Check-in: The student name field has been simplified to a single input box for both forename and surname, aligning with the UI/UX when MIS records are not imported.
Offline Document Access: Documents now load from the cache, allowing access even when offline, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
Enhanced QR Camera Messaging: We've added reassurance that QR cameras are not recording, offering greater transparency during check-in.
Consistent Reason Ordering: Any changes to the order of reasons on the dashboard will now be automatically reflected in the app, ensuring a seamless experience.
