Overview
This article explains how to manage email templates within the dashboard. You can edit email templates to customise the content, preview emails before sending, and reset individual or all email templates to their default settings. By adding custom tags, you can enhance email personalisation and tailor them to suit your needs.
How to Edit Emails
To edit a deliveries email template, follow the steps below:
On the dashboard, hover over the icons on the left to open the side menu
Select Deliveries
Navigate to Configuration > Settings
Click Emails under Deliveries
Select a template and make your changes
Click Save in the top right corner
How to add Personalised Email Tags
To add a personalised email tag, follow the steps below:
On the dashboard, hover over the icons on the left to open the side menu
Select Deliveries
Navigate to Configuration > Settings
Click on Emails under Deliveries
Click Custom Tags just above the email wording
Select the tag you would like to add; this will automatically be inputted
Finally, click Save in the top right corner
