How can I Mark a Delivery as Collected?

Learn how to mark a delivery as collected using Custr.

There are two ways to mark a delivery as collected. This can be done via the dashboard, or through the Companion app. Please read the steps and watch the videos we have provided below to see how to do this.


Dashboard

To mark a delivery as collected via the dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, hover over the icons on the left to open the side menu

  2. Select Deliveries

  3. Click on the uncollected delivery

  4. Click Mark as Collected in the bottom right



Companion App

To mark a delivery as collected via the Companion App, please follow the below steps:

  1. On the Custr Companion App, navigate to Deliveries

  2. Click on the uncollected delivery

  3. Ask recipient to Sign for the collected parcel

  4. Click Collect Delivery
