How can I Mark a Delivery as Uncollected?

Find out how to mark a collected delivery as uncollected using Custr if it was updated incorrectly.

A delivery can be marked as uncollected in two ways: either through the dashboard or the Companion app. Please follow the steps provided to see how this can be done.


Dashboard

To mark a delivery as uncollected via the dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, hover over the icons on the left to open the side menu

  2. Select Deliveries

  3. Click Collected in the status column

  4. Click Mark as Uncollected


Companion App

To mark a delivery as uncollected via the Companion app, please follow the below steps:

  1. On the Custr Companion app, navigate to Deliveries

  2. Select the Collected tab

  3. Click chosen delivery

  4. Select Mark as Uncollected in the top right corner
