How can I mark a delivery as uncollected?

Find out how to mark a collected delivery as uncollected using Custr if it was updated incorrectly.

A delivery can be marked as uncollected in two ways: either through the dashboard or the Companion app. Please follow the steps provided to see how this can be done.


Dashboard

To mark a delivery as uncollected via the dashboard, please follow the below steps:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Deliveries

  2. Click Collected in the status column

  3. Click Mark as Uncollected


Companion App

To mark a delivery as uncollected via the Companion app, please follow the below steps:

  1. On the Custr Companion app, navigate to Deliveries

  2. Select the Collected tab

  3. Click chosen delivery

  4. Select Mark as Uncollected in the top right corner
