Hashtags enable you to categorise and group related items, making them easier to locate.
To create hashtags, follow the steps below:
On the dashboard, hover over the icons on the left to open the side menu
Select Items
Navigate to Configuration > Hashtags
Click Add Hashtag
Enter the Hashtag you would like to make
Click Add
