This article explains the Deliveries List on your Custr dashboard, outlining its key functions and how to use them effectively. The Deliveries List provides a comprehensive overview of all Deliveries and their current statuses, allowing you to easily identify any uncollected deliveries.

What does my Home Page show?

When viewing your deliveries list, the first thing you will see is a summary of statistics for all deliveries. Refer to the table below to see what each of these statistics mean:

Total number of Deliveries currently logged, including deliveries that are overdue. Selecting this will show all Deliveries.

Total number of Deliveries that are currently awaiting to be collected. Selecting this will show all deliveries that have not yet been collected, including any overdue deliveries.

Total number of Deliveries that have been collected that week. Selecting this will show all deliveries that have been collected, showing all collection information.

Total number of Deliveries that are overdue to be returned. Selecting this will show all overdue deliveries and who is due to collect them.


What does the table on the Home Page show?

The Deliveries page includes a table that displays key details about your deliveries. For each delivery, it shows details such as the delivery photo, recipient, and the delivery courier.

To understand what each statistic on the deliveries table represents, see the table below:

The Photo section displays an image of the delivery, allowing you to see the delivery in the location and condition it arrived in.

The Recipient section shows the recipients name and the company that they work for, this can be edited by selecting the delivery

The Status section shows the current status of the Delivery, this can be shown as 'Arrived', 'Collected' or 'Overdue'.


The Location sections shows where the delivery has been left

The Courier sections shows the courier that completed the delivery

The Arrived At section shows the exact time that the Delivery was recorded

The Collected At section shows the exact time that the delivery was collected. This is also where if an item is overdue, you can select Send Reminder to the recipient.


How can i add a delivery from the Home Page?

To add a new delivery via the Delivery List page, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, hover over the icons on the left to open the side menu

  2. Select Deliveries

  3. Click + New Delivery

  4. Enter Delivery details

  5. Click Create
