Overview
The History feature provides a detailed log of all past delivery activity. It includes delivery times, associated records such as photos and location data, and other relevant details.
This comprehensive archive supports auditing and improves traceability. Data can be filtered or exported as needed, making it easy to review past deliveries.
The History screen displays an overview of all deliveries logged in Custr, including the following information:
Photo: Displays the delivery photo
Recipient: The name of the delivery recipient
Action: Indicates whether the delivery was marked as arrived or collected
Time: The time the action took place
Location: The location where the delivery was marked as arrived or collected
How to Export Specific History
To export specific delivery history, follow the steps below:
On your dashboard, navigate to History
Tick the boxes next to the data you want to export
Click Options in the top right corner
Select Export...Selected
How to Filter History
To filter delivery history, follow the steps below:
On your dashboard, navigate to History
Click the funnel icon in the top right corner
Select between Arrived and Collected
