Introducing the 11th September 2026 Custr Dashboard Push
We’re excited to introduce you to our latest Custr Dashboard Push, bringing important improvements and fixes to enhance your experience.
What's New:
Concern Management: Added the ability for users to raise, acknowledge, and close concerns directly from the header buttons.
Emergency Modes: Updated the evacuation view to include Evacuation, Invacuation, and Lockdown modes.
Check-In Screening: Added the ability to enable Check-In screening in settings, with additional options to configure how screening works.
Sixth-Form Access: Added account access for sixth-form students, allowing them to use the Companion App.
Custom & Feedback Questions: When deleting custom feedback questions, a prompt is now displayed showing which visitors have answered the question, allowing users to remove those visitors before deleting the question.
Report Columns: Fixed an issue where reports would fail when certain columns were not included.
Visitor Leaving Emails: Updated visitor leaving emails so they are not sent when a visitor checks out more than 24 hours after checking in.
Support Link: Amended a broken support link in the sidebar.
Global Overview Date Range: Added the ability to select a custom date range on the Global Overview.
Global Overview Graphs: Added the ability to download Global Overview graphs as PNG files.
Global Feedback: Updated the Global Overview to hide the feedback table when feedback is disabled across all sites.
Data Retention Audits: Updated the data retention audits table to display the user's employee name instead of their username.
