Introducing the September 16th 2026 Custr Dashboard Push
We’re excited to introduce you to our latest Custr Dashboard Push, bringing important improvements and fixes to enhance your experience.
What's New:
RFID Tag Import: Added a warning about encrypted tags when importing RFID tags
Autumna Feedback Questions: Added the ability to mark Autumna feedback questions as required or optional.
Before & After School Clubs: Added the ability to check out users from before and after school clubs on the dashboard. Checked-out records will continue to appear when filtering by club on the homepage.
Returning Negative Feedback Emails: Added a link to returning negative feedback emails, allowing users to quickly access the previous negative feedback.
Retention Emails: Updated retention emails to display the employee's name rather than the user's name.
Check-In/Out Audit Logs: Added audit logs for check-ins and check-outs, allowing users to see how and where each check-in or check-out originated.
API Documentation: Added rate limit and retry-after information to the API documentation.
Email Preview: Fixed an issue where iPhone email clients displayed the logo URL in the email preview.
Global Categories: Fixed an issue where global categories were not appearing on global invites and preapproved forms.
Screening & Central Records: Employees and preapproved visitors now only show the screening date column when Check-In screening is enabled. A central record will also be automatically created based on the expiry date.
Site Selector: Updated the site selector to display sites in alphabetical order.
Global Documents: Fixed an issue where removing or uploading global documents while editing would apply the changes to everyone in the group. Changes now correctly only apply to the selected users.
Check-In Questions: Fixed an issue where visitor questions on check-in would only find exact matches.
Screening Colours: Added a "None" option to the default colours for Check-In screening.
Check-In Screening Settings: Fixed an issue where settings were not created when Check-In screening was enabled without existing settings.
