A quick guide to show how to assign a custom field to a staff check in/out

The custom fields feature allows you to ask any question from staff as they check in and out of site. This enables you to build a custom feedback questionnaire and receive the data you require from your staff.

To complete this task on the Dashboard simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Dashboard

  2. Check In > Custom Fields

  3. Enter the question information

  4. Select 'Ask on Staff Check-in' to ask on check in and 'Ask on Staff Check-Out' on check out

  5. Click 'create field'
