How to create custom fields alerts

A quick guide on how to create field alerts for answers given to questions on check-in

This feature allows any staff member to be notified, based on the answer given to a custom question. The alert can be sent to both the employee's email and their companion app.

To complete this task on the Dashboard simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Dashboard

  2. Check-In > Custom Fields

  3. Enter the question information

  4. Click 'create field'

  5. Enter the filed details

  6. Click 'Add Rule'

  7. Select who should be notified

  8. Click 'Create Field'
