Staff Photo Capture - Capture a staff member's photo during the check-in and out process to increase on-site security.
Visitor Pre-Fill- Allow your Visitors to pre-fill their full check-in details before arrival from an invite. When a Visitor arrives, scan the QR code displayed on the invite confirmation to populate all check-in details on the iPad screen.
Static QR Code Poster - You can now print a branded poster with your Static QR code from the dashboard. Place the QR code poster in a suitable position for Visitors & Staff to scan on their mobile device.
Category Check-In Notifications - Automatically notify a Staff member when a Visitor has checked in. Notifications can be set on a per-category basis.
Improved Offsite View - The Offsite view on the Fire & Escape list has been improved to show early leavers & late arrivals (Education) and residents (Care) in separate columns.
Contactless Check-In redesign - Improved design of the mobile check-in view as part of the Contactless QR Check-in feature.
On your iPad, apps that you've downloaded from the App Store are auto-updated by default when connected to Wi-Fi. But if there's an issue, you can update an app manually:
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to only update that app, or tap Update All.
