This guide provides steps on how to create, allocate, and remove hashtags to keep your inventory well-organised and easy to track.


How to Create a Hashtag

To create a hashtag for your item management, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Items

  2. Click on the item you'd like to create a hashtag for

  3. Click the Item Details tab

  4. Scroll down and type the word for the hashtag under Hashtags

  5. Click the Create #[word entered]

  6. Finally, Click Save Changes


How to Allocate a Hashtag to an Item

To allocate a hashtag to an item, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Items

  2. Click on the item you'd like to add a hashtag to

  3. Click the Item Details tab

  4. Scroll down and select the Hashtag you'd like to allocate

  5. Finally, Click Save Changes


How to Remove a Hashtag from an Item

To remove a hashtag to an item, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Items

  2. Click on the item you'd like to add a hashtag to

  3. Click the Item Details tab

  4. Scroll down and select 'x' next to the Hashtag you'd like to delete

  5. Finally, Click Save Changes
