This article explains the Auto Check-Out feature available within the visitor management system, including how it works and how to configure it if needed. The Auto Check-Out function automatically signs out visitors or staff either after a set duration or at a specific time of day, depending on your chosen settings. This helps maintain accurate on-site records, supports health and safety compliance, and ensures the system reflects a real-time view of who is currently on the premises. It also reduces the administrative burden on reception or security teams by streamlining the check-out process.

How to Set a Check Out Time
To add a document, follow the steps below:
On the dashboard, navigate to Configuration > Documents
Click the orange + icon in the top right corner
Enter Document details, category and action
Select Upload a file and upload your chosen document
Click Save
