Overview
Safety Roll Call Reports provide a record of completed Safety Roll Calls at your site.
Reports allow you to review previous:
Evacuations
Invacuations
Lockdowns
Drills
Real Events
This helps you maintain a clear history of Safety Roll Call activity and review how your procedures have been used over time.
Accessing Safety Roll Call Reports
To view previous Safety Roll Calls:
Log in to the Custr Dashboard.
Open Safety Roll Call from the main navigation.
Select Safety Roll Call Reports.
From here, you can view and review previously completed roll calls.
Roll Call Type
Each report records the Roll Call Type used:
Evacuation
Invacuation
Lockdown
This allows you to distinguish between the different safety procedures carried out at your site.
Event Type
Each Safety Roll Call is also recorded as either:
Drill
A training, testing or practice event.
Real Event
An actual safety or security event.
This makes it easy to distinguish planned exercises from genuine events when reviewing your history.
Filtering Reports
Use the available filters to narrow down the Safety Roll Calls you want to review.
Reports can be filtered by:
Roll Call Type
Evacuation
Invacuation
Lockdown
Event Type
Drill
Real Event
This allows you to quickly review specific types of activity, such as all Lockdown Drills or previous real Evacuations.
Reviewing a Safety Roll Call
Select a completed Safety Roll Call to view further information about the event.
The report provides a record of the Safety Roll Call and the activity associated with it, helping you review what happened and maintain an audit history.
Drills and Real Events
Safety Roll Call Reports can help you keep track of how frequently your procedures are being tested and when they have been used during genuine events.
The Dashboard provides visibility of your previous Drills and Real Events, helping you review your organisation's Safety Roll Call activity over time.
Starting a New Safety Roll Call
Safety Roll Call Reports are used to review completed events.
To view who is currently on site or start a new Evacuation, Invacuation or Lockdown, return to Safety Roll Call.
