To make sure your e-Reception Book has all the latest features and improvements, it's important to update it regularly. Updates are valuable as they introduce new features, resolve issues, and enhance the security and efficiency of the app.

All licences include unlimited updates, allowing you to continuously access the latest version of our software. We recommend checking for updates on a monthly basis to ensure you have the most up-to-date features and improvements.

The steps provided will guide you through the process of updating the e-Reception Book app. Follow these instructions below to update your e-Reception Book:

1) Visit the App store on your iPad device. The icon will look the same as the one outlined on the screen below.

2) On the app store, search 'e-Reception Book' and tap the image highlighted in green below. This action will take you to the dedicated app store page for e-Reception Book.

3) On the e-Reception Book app store page, you will find a blue button labelled 'UPDATE'. Simply tap on this button to proceed with the installation of the latest version of e-Reception Book.

If you have enabled guided access on your iPad, you will need to disable it before updating the e-Reception Book app. To disable guided access, please carefully follow the steps outlined below:

1) Press the power or home button on your iPad three times consecutively. (Depending on your iPad device)

2) After pressing the power or home button three times, a pop-up window will appear on your iPad. This pop-up will prompt you to enter your guided access password.

3) Once you have entered your guided access password, tap the "End" button on the top left-hand side of your screen.

4) Your guided access has now been successfully disabled on your iPad. You can now proceed to update the e-Reception Book app.
