What do the flags in the CSV file mean?

Updated over 11 months ago

Flags in the exported CSV file indicate issues or actions taken during the data cleaning process. Common flags include:

  • Duplicate: Identifies records that appear more than once in the dataset.

  • Improved: Highlights records which has been improved with RefineMyData.

  • Duplicate ID: Allows you to group your duplicates by a designated ID, enabling you to determine which record should be considered primary.

  • Blank / Null: Identifies fields that are blank or contain NULL values. This may occur if the mapped fields initially lacked populated data.
