Resetting your Password

Learn how to reset your Custr account password and regain access to your dashboard or Companion App.

Overview

To reset your password:

  1. Click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click Send Reset Email

You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.


Important Notes

  • You must have Account Access enabled to reset your password

  • The reset email will be sent to your registered email address

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email


Common Issues

I didn’t receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Ensure your email address is entered correctly

  • Add the following to your safe sender list:


I can’t log in after resetting my password

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address

  • Double-check your new password

  • Try resetting your password again


I don’t have account access

If you do not have Account Access enabled, you will not be able to reset your password.

Please contact your system administrator to enable access.
