Your device may not be auto-locking because the 'Always on QR Scanning' feature is enabled, this keeps the iPad camera constantly active to scan any QR codes.

To disable this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. On your dashboard, navigate to Configuration > Settings

  2. Select the QR tab

  3. Disable 'Always on QR Scanning'
