Your device may not be auto-locking because the 'Always on QR Scanning' feature is enabled, this keeps the iPad camera constantly active to scan any QR codes. 

To disable this feature, follow the steps below: 

On your dashboard, navigate to <a href="https://dashboard.custr.com/settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Configuration &gt; Settings</a>

2. Select the QR tab 
3. Disable 'Always on QR Scanning'
