How to connect to Office 365

To link Office 365 with Custr, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to the Import icon in the top right bar

  2. Click API

  3. Click Office 365, then Click Connect

  4. Confirm the employee list

  5. Click Import

Please note: If your employee is marked as red, this means the employee has been selected not to be imported. If your employee is marked as green, this means the employee is being imported.

After completing the steps above, you will see the employees imported from Office 365 under the 'Employees' directory. A Microsoft 365 tag will appear next to the name of the employees who have been imported.
