Switching Between Global and Site View

Learn how to switch between your Global Dashboard and individual sites, choose your default view, and navigate between locations.

Overview

Global allows you to manage all of your linked sites from a single dashboard while still giving you access to each site’s individual dashboard.

Using the Global View selector, you can quickly switch between:

  • Global View

  • Any site you administer

This allows you to work across your organisation without needing to log in and out of different sites.

Switching to an individual site

To switch to one of your sites:

  1. Click the Global View drop-down at the top of the page.

  2. Select the site you want to open.

  3. The dashboard will immediately switch to that site’s view.

Once selected, you’ll have access to that site’s dashboard, reports, employees, settings and other features based on your permissions.

Returning to Global View

To return to your organisation-wide dashboard:

  1. Click the site selector at the top of the page.

  2. Select Global View.

You’ll return to the Global Dashboard where you can monitor activity and manage settings across all linked sites.

Choosing your default view

When you first access Global, you’ll be asked which site you would like to load by default.

You can choose:

  • Global View to always open your organisation-wide dashboard.

  • One of your individual sites if you work primarily from a specific location.

Your selected default will be used each time you sign in until you choose a different default.

What changes when i switch sites?

Switching sites changes the information you’re viewing—it does not change your permissions.

For example:

Global View

Individual Site

Organisation-wide dashboard

Site dashboard

Reports across all sites

Reports for one site

Global employees

Site employees

Global feedback

Site feedback

Global settings

Site settings

This makes it easy to move between organisation-wide management and day-to-day site administration.

Permissions

Only sites where you are an administrator will appear in the site selector.

If you cannot see a site you expect to manage, contact your Global Administrator.
