Using the Global Dashboard

Learn how to monitor activity across all your sites using the Global Dashboard, including visitor activity, staff check-ins, feedback and site performance.

Overview

The Global Dashboard provides a real-time overview of activity across all of your linked Custr sites.

Instead of opening each site individually, you can quickly monitor visitors, employees, residents, feedback and overall site performance from a single location.

By default, the dashboard displays information from the last 30 days, making it easy to identify trends and compare activity across your organisation.

Global overview

At the top of the dashboard you’ll find a summary of key statistics from across all linked sites, including:

  • Total visitor check-ins

  • Total staff check-ins

  • Residents currently on-site

  • Residents currently off-site

  • Number of linked sites

  • Total lifetime check-ins

  • Average visitor satisfaction

  • Total feedback responses

Several cards also show how performance compares with the previous reporting period, helping you quickly identify increases or decreases in activity.

Check-in breakdown by location

The Check-In Breakdown by Location chart shows how visitor and staff check-ins are distributed across your sites.

This allows you to quickly identify:

  • Your busiest locations

  • Sites with lower activity

  • Trends across your organisation

Each bar combines visitor and employee activity for the selected reporting period.

Feedback rating breakdown

The Feedback Rating Breakdown by Location compares visitor satisfaction across every site.

You can quickly see:

  • The number of responses received

  • Overall satisfaction levels

  • Which locations have received lower ratings

  • Sites requiring additional attention

This provides an at-a-glance view of customer experience across your organisation.

Location performance

The Location Performance cards provide a summary for each linked site.

Each card displays:

  • Visitor check-ins

  • Staff check-ins

  • Residents currently on-site

  • Residents currently off-site

  • Feedback received

  • Connected app version

  • Performance trend compared to the previous reporting period

This makes it easy to identify which locations may require attention without opening each site individually.

Using the dashboard

The Global Dashboard is designed to provide a quick overview of your organisation.

From here, you can:

  • Open detailed reports

  • Review organisation-wide feedback

  • Switch to an individual site

  • Investigate performance trends

  • Monitor activity across all linked locations

For more detailed information, use the dedicated Reports section or switch to an individual site.
