How to Log In
To log in to your dashboard:
Go to: dashboard.custr.com/login
Enter your email address
Enter your password
Click Log In
Common Login Issues
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot Your Password? option on the login page to reset it.
I can’t log in with my email
Make sure:
Your email address is correct
You have been added as a user to the system
I don’t have access to the dashboard
Some users may only have access to the Companion App and not the dashboard.
Contact your administrator if you believe this is incorrect.
I see different settings than my colleague
Access to features depends on your Roles & Permissions.
