How to Create a Report?

Reports allow you to export data from the system for a required period, plus the option to schedule on a required frequency.

To create a report of records in the system, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Reports

  2. Click + New Report

  3. Select your desired report type from the options

  4. Confirm the desired Title and Columns

  5. If needed, tick the Schedule option to schedule the report

  6. Click Save

Please Note: You can schedule the report by ticking the ‘Schedule’ option and selecting a date, time, and frequency. Alternatively, you can manually generate the report by clicking the three dots next to your saved report and selecting Run Report.
