Overview

This article will explain the Reports feature within your Custr dashboard, including how to create custom reports with data from the Custr dashboard. It also covers how to schedule reports to be received by staff.


What are reports?

The Reports feature on the dashboard allows you to download specific data into a CSV file. You can create repeat reports on your employees, rotas, deliveries and more. Below is an example of reports you can create


How to create a report

To create a report, follow the steps below:

  1. On your dashboard, navigate to Reports

  2. Click + New Report

  3. Select the report you would like

  4. Edit columns if necessary

  5. Click Save


How to generate a report

To generate a report, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Reports

  2. Click on the report you would like to download

  3. Click Run Report


How to edit reports

To edit a report, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Reports

  2. Click the three dots next to the report you would like to edit

  3. Click Edit

  4. Make your changes and click Save


How to set up scheduled reports

The Custr dashboard allows you to schedule reports to be created every day, week, month or year. To do this follow the steps below:

  1. On your dashboard, navigate to Reports

  2. Click + New Report

  3. Select the report you would like

  4. Edit columns if necessary

  5. Tick Schedule

  6. Enter date range, frequency and time

  7. Enter the staff member you would like to receive the reports

  8. Click Save
