To enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your employees, follow the steps below:
On your dashboard, navigate to your Directory > Employees
Select the employee record for which you want to enable Two-Factor Authentication
Ensure that the employee has Account Access enabled
Click Edit
Toggle Two-Factor Authentication to Yes
Click Save
