Logging into your Dashboard

Access your Custr dashboard to manage users, devices, and activity in real time.

Overview

The Custr dashboard is your central platform for managing:

  • Users and roles

  • Devices

  • Visitor and staff activity

  • System settings and configuration

You can access the dashboard through any web browser using your login details.


The same login details are also used for the Custr Companion App.


How to Log In

To log in to your dashboard:

  1. Go to: dashboard.custr.com/login

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Enter your password

  4. Click Log In


Using Your Login on the Companion App

You can use the same email and password to log in to the Custr Companion App on your mobile device.

If you can log in to the dashboard, you should also be able to log in to the Companion App.

Please note: The Companion App is not available on all editions. It is supported on Professional, Education, Care, Items, and Deliveries editions, but is not included in the Business edition.


Important Note (iPad Check-In App)

The Custr iPad Check-In app does not require a login.

Instead, it connects to your dashboard using a 6-digit device code.


Common Login Issues

Verify the Login Page

Ensure you are using the correct and updated login page for Custr. The dashboard login page is the appropriate URL to access your account. If you are using an outdated login page, such as an older e‑Reception Book login page, it will not work. Always navigate to the official Custr dashboard login page to log in.

I forgot my password

Use the Forgot Your Password? link on the login page to reset it.

Follow the instructions provided to create a new password and attempt to log in again.


I can’t log in with my email

Make sure:

If the system indicates that your email address is not recognised, it may mean that there is no account associated with that email address. Ensure that you have registered an account with the email address you are using.

  • Your email address is correct

  • You have been added as a user to the system


I don’t have access to the dashboard

Some users may only have access to the Companion App and not the dashboard.

Contact your administrator if you believe this is incorrect.

Additional Troubleshooting Tips

  • Double-check your email address and password for typos.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies if you encounter persistent issues.


I see different settings than my colleague

Access to features depends on your Roles & Permissions.
