To use Custr Check-In, you will need to install the Custr app on your device.

The app is available to download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and is used to run your on-site check-in system.

Select the Custr Check-In app from the results

1. Open the App Store
2. Search for “Custr Check-In”
3. Select the Custr Check-In app from the results
4. Tap Get
5. Wait for the app to download and install

Once installed, the app will be available on your iPad home screen.

To download the Custr app on your Android Device

1. Open the Play Store
2. Search for “Custr Check-In”
3. Select the Custr Check-In app from the results
4. Tap "Install" 
5. Wait for the app to download and install

Once installed, the app will be available on your home screen.

You must be signed in with an Apple ID to download apps from the App Store

If you are not signed in, you will need to sign in or create an Apple ID

Ensure your iPad is connected to the internet during download

We currently recommend using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ Tablet and to be running the latest Android OS version

We recommend testing on a spare or secondary Android device
