Overview
If you are seeing different features to another user, this is usually due to roles and permissions.
Custr allows you to create multiple roles, each with customised permissions that control what users can see and do within the system.
Why Users See Different Features
Each user is assigned a role, such as:
Admin
Employee
Reception
These roles determine:
Which features are visible
What actions a user can take
What areas of the system can be accessed
For example, an Admin may have full access to settings and reports, while an Employee may only see limited features.
What This Means for You
If you cannot see certain features or options:
You may have a different role to another user
Your permissions may be more limited
This is expected behaviour and ensures users only have access to what they need.
How to Change Access
To change what a user can see:
An Admin user will need to update their role or permissions
