What is Attendance?
This feature allows you to see a detailed view of staff members who check in using the e-Reception Book. Attendance is an overview of the employee's check-in data so you can easily monitor late check-ins, missed shifts and more.
Overview of Attendance
The attendance screen shows you an employee's attendance throughout a specified period. You can edit the period, see their check-ins, see when they arrived late and more.

Check-In's | How many times the employee has checked in over the period |
Duration | The length of their shifts over the period |
Arrived Late | How many times the employee has arrived late over the period |
Left Early | How many times the employee has left early over the period |
Shifts Attended | How many shifts the employee has attended over the period |
Shifts Missed | How many shifts the employee has missed over the period |
Export to CSV | Export the employee's attendance data into a CSV and download it |
