Their status is visible within the Evacuation View
This helps organisations maintain:
Safeguarding visibility
Accurate staff movement records
Evacuation awareness
Lone worker visibility
Operational accountability
The feature is available on:
Professional Edition
Education Edition
Care Edition
Offsite vs Checked Out
It is important to understand the difference between an employee being marked as Offsite and being fully Checked Out.
Status | Meaning |
Offsite | Staff member is still working as part of the organisation but temporarily away from site |
Checked Out | Staff member has fully left for the day and is no longer active within the system |
Offsite staff:
Still appear in the Staff list
Still appear in the Evacuation View
Show an Offsite status
Are excluded from live on-site totals
