Overview
The Visitor & Staff Photo Capture feature enhances security by capturing a photo of each individual during both check-in and check-out. These images are securely stored alongside records, providing a complete visual log of who has entered and left the premises. This supports accurate identification, strengthens safety protocols, and proves especially valuable in audits or emergency situations. These photos are also displayed in the Evacuation View, helping staff quickly recognise and account for individuals during an emergency.
There are two parts to enabling this feature within the system, first you need to ensure the feature is enabled via your settings. Once enabled you can then allocate to a Category, both actions can be completed on the dashboard.
