If you would like to add a new question for your visitors' check-out process, follow the steps below:
On the dashboard, navigate to Configuration > Questions
Click + and Add the question information
Click Save
To then allocate the question to a Category, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Configuration > Categories
Select the Category required then, Questions
Click the Pencil Icon
Select the required question
Toggle between Display on Check-In or Check-Out
Click Save in the top right corner
Please note that this option is only available for custom questions, not default ones. To better understand how to add questions, please read the article here.
