How do you set visitor questions to be asked on check-out?

How to add new questions?

If you would like to add a new question for your visitors' check-out process, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Configuration > Questions

  2. Click + and Add the question information

  3. Click Save


How to Allocate the Question to a Category?

To then allocate the question to a Category, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Category required then, Questions

  2. Click the Pencil Icon

  3. Select the required question

  4. Toggle between Display on Check-In or Check-Out

  5. Click Save in the top right corner




How to Set Rules for Check-Out Questions?

You can set up rules for check-out questions based on the answers visitors provide when checking out. For example, you can trigger a staff notification when a specific response is selected. See the example below for how this can be configured:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Configuration > Questions

  2. Click + and Add the question information

  3. Enter the Choices visitors can provide

  4. Click Add Rule

  5. Enter the name of who will be notified if this option is selected

  6. Click Save
