Why is my device appearing offline?
Updated over a month ago

Your device may appear offline due to several reasons, such as the iPad losing its Wi-Fi connection, the iPad being locked, or the e-Reception Book Visitor App being closed.

When your device goes offline, you will be notified via email and this will be displayed on your dashboard.
