Why is my Device Appearing Offline?

A guide on why your device may be appearing offline

Your device may appear offline due to several reasons, such as the iPad losing its Wi-Fi connection, the iPad being locked, or the Custr App being closed.

When your device goes offline, you will be notified via email, and this will also be displayed on your dashboard.
​

Please note that when your device is offline, no activity captured on the iPad will sync to the dashboard until a connection is re-established.



Where it shows on the app

When your device goes offline, you will see a yellow banner at the top of the home screen (highlighted in red below):

Please note: Once the connection is re-established on the iPad, all check-ins will automatically sync and appear on your dashboard.
