This article will explain how to integrate e-Reception Book with Autumna and what this integration does. Read this article to learn more about our integration with Autumna and how it can benefit your care home.


What is the purpose of this integration?

Linking your Autumna premium profile with e-Reception Book will synchronise all real-time reviews seamlessly. Upon a visitor's checkout, they will encounter eight Autumna feedback questions, allowing them to share their thoughts. Feedback will automatically appear under 'Live Ratings' on your premium Autumna profile.

This integration improves transparency and builds trust for those searching for care homes.


How to Connect e-Reception Book with Autumna

To connect your Premium Autumna profile to e-Reception Book, follow the steps below:

  1. On the dashboard, navigate to Configuration > Settings > Integrations

  2. Click + New Integration

  3. Select Autumna and enter the Autumna ID and Autumna Shared Secret (this can be obtained directly from Autumna.)

  4. Click Save Autumna Details

You will then see Autumna under "Your Integrations".


Autumna Questions

When you link with Autumna, there will be eight standard questions that will be asked when a visitor checks out and gives feedback.

The example below shows how this looks on the e-Reception Book app on the iPad:

After e-Reception Book collects the live ratings, they are synced to your Autumna premium profile and go towards your overall score. This is how the overall feedback will appear on your Autumna premium profile.
